1996.\r\n<\/p><p>The new version incorporates amongst many other attributes, two way communication.\r\nEnabling the caller and provider to be informed of each others requests and actions.<\/p><p>\r\n<\/p><p>Again the basic principle is for hotels and restaurants to provide service to the customer at their control.<\/p><p>\r\n<\/p><p>By employing Sentinel communications clients will be able to orchestrate and monitor all their customer service requests efficiently and conveniently to the staff member provisioning the service.<\/p><p>\r\n<\/p><\/div>\r\n<div
